We love to work with people and the amazing ideas that they can come up with.  We can make metal components or take pre-made metal components and insert them into the plastic for things like Thermisters, plugs for electronics and car parts to name a few.  You probably see these insert molded products more than you know. If you have ever unplugged an electrical component from an outlet, that’s an insert molded part. This can sometimes overwhelm some Engineering organizations, however, we have done many complex parts in the past with ease.

Having the metal and plastic component fabrication all under one roof helps us maintain proper standards and dimensions for the overall unit.  Especially when working with a custom plastic fabrication. When the two departments can freely speak about the overall scope of the project, it makes for a better component in the end. We can then blend the two together using injection molding and what they call in specific insert molding.

We work with only the best tool and die makers to get the tooling correct the first time.  Sometimes the tooling for insert molding can get a bit complex and needs to have proper safety features in place to keep the moving parts from smashing together.  We offer this option, which protects your tooling investment and have them last as long as you need them for. Our tools offer proper cooling and venting to allow for the perfect parts each and every time.  This is important to keep costs down and your customers happy for years to come.
