Glastic® Corrosion-Resistant Panels are ideal for applications where resistance to both flame, and the splash or spill of laboratory chemicals is important. Glastic® Grade 1120 is an asbestos-free fiberglass-reinforced thermoset resin sheet. This material has very low water absorption and also has good splash and spill resistance to acids, weak bases and aliphatic hydrocarbons. G-10 Fiberglass Epoxy Laminate Sheet

This glass-epoxy laminate is specified for its extremely high strength and high dimensional stability over temperature. G-10 is used for terminal boards, high humidity applications, electrical and electronic test equipment and electric rotor insulation. G-10 is difficult to cut or machine and may require special equipment. G-10 is slightly stronger while G-11 is a better insulator and can withstand higher temperatures. FR-4 is a fire-retardant G-10 glass-epoxy laminate that is used primarily in the printed circuit board industry. G-10 and similar fiberglass reinforced thermosets are sometimes known as garolite.

A new generation of IEEE Class F, 155ºC /165ºC NEMA GPO- 1 material. H755 is designed to bridge the gap between 130ºC Class B GPO-1 materials and Class H 180ºC grades. H755 has quickly gained recognition in the industry as a high performance material at a similar cost as standard GPO-1. H755 has been successfully sealed tube tested for compatibility in a number of high voltage 220ºC U.L. recognized insulation systems (UL File #E83907 Systems HRP- HV1 and HRP- HV2). HCR-125 is a corrosion resistant vinyl ester sheet created by impregnating fiber glass mat, synthetic surface veil, and inert additives with Derkane 470 resin and catalyst. A compression molded product is produced by controlling a chemical reaction under heat and extreme pressure.
